How long does shipping take?

Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination. Our handling time is between 1-3 business days before shipment confirmation. Generally, our standard shipping option can take 6 up to 10 business days total depending on the product. However, please be advised, as stated by the shipping carriers, these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, especially after all COVID-19 restrictions and overall things happening in the world creating import and exports limitations.

After placing your order and shipment has been confirmed you may click “Track your order” at the menu of our website to track your order's status. You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours after shipment, to the email address you provided at checkout

Do you Ship to Foreign Countries?

Yes, we currently ship Worldwide depending on the product and the destination, be advised some areas may not apply but in general we can ship to almost every part of the world. During the checkout process you can add the items that you are interested in, select your country and add your complete address to view several different available shipping options based on weight and destination. Please note that shipping quotes provided at checkout are live rates with no markup for handling but do not include foreign taxes or custom duties. 

Why my is my order being shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of back order, we may ship your orders at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost on the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Otherwise, we will provide a full refund

*I messed up on my order, can I change/add an item, color, shipping address or email address? 

No problem at all, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly to ryhern.store@hotmail.com as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and any other permanent info.

*How can I cancel my order before it ships?

You can cancel your order at any time as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly to ryhern.store@hotmail.com as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number and any other permanent info.

*When will my credit card be charged?

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon clicking the "Complete Order" button during the last step of the checkout process.
